You purchase a 100 dollar toy here, to have this new remote control truck they are advertising, and it doesnt work at all.. then starts and stops. We were told 30 days for a refund. Also keep in mind this is a hour drive we are making to get our 5 year old son a birthday gift. But these people dont care about that... no my husband drives an hour there to litterly have to fight with the girl there to return it... even though we exchanged it for another more expensive toy and got another purchase which honestly I wouldnt have bought the extra purchase with such horrible staff. The woman litterly argued with my husband and tried to refuse to return it and basically called him a liar.. all over this truck we litterly just purchased yesterday. Anyway I called the store because my husband told me the expierence... we will never be going here again. I called, to have a woman be like uhhhhhh every secound work... puts me on hold so she can tell her other employee to pretend to be a supervisor and talk to me... the girl basically calls my husband a liar even on the phone with me after the exchange... like just awful hard headed people. Anyway so I ask for the manager to call me back.. this is 6pm... so at 8pm these girls call me... I cant answer because I'm putting my children down for the night and so they call again, trying to pretend to be the manager this time.... honestly stay away from this store because God forbid your toy is broken they will fight you about it and what was supposed to be a happy expierence and service turned out bad. Wish they didnt get our money, paying people just to be ignorant to customers.
