They advertise new specialty drinks but never have the stock to make it, and not for just one day, but a week. The selection of donuts and pastries is always low. Pretty embarrassing for a huge franchise. Could no one possibly run across the parking lot to the grocery store to buy earl grey tea?! Keeping customers happy should be a priority. Drive through is tremendously slow. This Tim Hortons has disappointed time and time again. The staff are always pleasant though.
