I was in your store today to purchase a Valentine's Gift. I found the store very hot, so I pulled down my mask for a moment as I was just grabbing one more item. $200 worth I might add. Just then I happened to notice two female staff whispering The one girl said "I need you to pull up your mask." I replied "yes, in just a moment, it's very hot in here." She then rolled her eyes and said "Actually, no you have to now." I don't have to do anything!
