In a world where customer service can be questionable at best, I wanted to reach out and let you know that the customer service by Elaine at the Bower Place store was exceptional. After breaking a top to my daughter's diffuser, she not only found me a replacement but did it at no charge and with a smile! She is truly a huge asset to this store and goes above and beyond for her customers.
