I was recently contacted by Fido that I was due for my phone upgrade. They were very patient to answer my questions and set the expectations for me prior to coming into the store. They gave me the best options possible to bundle my devices and made me save money as I was paying less than what I used to be. The staffs were very friendly and courteous. Would definitely come back again.

It was always a pleasure visiting the store to do and upgrade. Have been a loyal customer for a couple of years now. The staffs are very friendly and patient in helping moving over information from my old phone to my new one. Never felt that I was rushed, the manager was very accommodating as well.
