You have some great staff, but your manager is a piece of work. I will never use her again. She also belittles staff, and is uncomplimentary to some customers. My wife has also had an unpleasant expereince with her. I feel you could do much better, with reining her in or replacing her. And in these times of covid, I would not wish job loss on anyone. But she sure is close in my books.
