Refused to accept a return, when the shoes had only been worn once, indoors by my elderly father. They claimed the shoes were too worn to resell, which if true, adds to the fact they should have been returned due to faulty product sale. We will NOT be supporting such a terrible business

They don't back their products, tried to return a pair of shoes after my elderly father wore them for one day, they told us the shoe bottoms melted down and too worn out to return, and to try to resell them on Facebook. Completely unprofessional and rude. Will NOT be supporting this business. Ridiculous
