Totally disappointed | by Prefer no to say on May 29, 2020
I purchased some pants from this store. No one told me that if I wash them, they will shrink in length. After washing them, they shrunk about 3-4 inches in length. When I tried returning them, the manager was totally rude, and told me that I should have been told that that is what I should do if they were too long. Then she proceeded to tell me that if they are too short, I can always wear them with boots. No money was refunded. Last time you’ll see me in that store
