Awful quality, awful customer service! I purchased a jacket in August and moved away to university in September and in the beginning of September is when my jacket ripped. Due to not having any stores around my university, I waited till I was home in June to go to the store. I first off showed the employees and they said they don’t think they can do anything but to come back when the manager is in. I came back the next day and the manager was rude to me and offered to pay for me to get a patch on my jacket done. At the time I was thinking about buying hikers but I am never stepping into any of the stores again. There quality sucks and their customer service is even worse.
