I am a big spender at the Dollaramna ...I have literally spent thousands in their stores since they've opened, and I have never been treated so rude and with such hostile behavior in all my shopping store history. I was rudley interrupted while on a call with my husband and yelled at...(I didn't even know or think he was talking to me at first well yelling ...why?). I believe it was the manager and he was literally yelling.... and with such an arrogant attitude for me to get off my phone. He proceeded to yell at me saying that I had too many items ....and then insinuated I didn't have money to pay for it all? Oh my gosh I only had 10 items in my cart and I had more than enough money to cover my items. Needless to say these emplyees have no idea what customer service is! Or how to treat customers in any manner. They had no manners! Either they need to take some serious customer service training or they should go find new jobs because working for the public or in the public at all is definately not suited for them!!. They were very ignorant, rude and racist. They could have easily taken me aside and talked to me and explained why they were yelling at me instead of being so loud and demanding and embarrasing me in front of the whole store...They were not polite or nice what so ever, just hostile and loud. Might I mention that I was minding my own business enjoying my day shopping as this was my first time in the new Dollaramma location. Furthermore I'm not sure if they are still trying to get up to speed with stocking the shelves etc.... or what their standards are?...but alot if the items were not priced, and there were no tags on the shelvees that indicated a price range either. I am so shocked at the way I was treated and so utterly dissapointed with their antics and very unsatisfied. I will be taking my business else where ...where Im sure my money is way more appreciated!!!
