When my granddaughter graduated from high school, she received a set of luggage along with a 10-year insurance policy. She has made 4 trips abroad, and the suitcase is in dire need of replacement - Bentley WILL NOT replace it. Why bother with insurance if this is the treatment we get. This store is extremely disappointing as they do not stand with their customers or behind their products. I will never shop there again.
