I purchased a pair of 300$ boots from Quarks. I was hesitant as it is a lot of money. However the lady at store convinced me to buy them, telling me I would not regret it, and if I don't like them, I can return them whenever I wanted to. I just went to the store, the lady told me that there is a 15 day return policy and that they can't help me... Why was this not mentioned to me upon purchase? She called the manager and she said they can not help me. So now I'm stuck with a pair of 300$ boots I do not like, and asked for a store credit at least, ahe said no. Not even a store credit, nothing, no help, it's a week until Christmas! I m very disappointed to say the least, and saddened that they would turn a customer away like that without helping in any way. If I could give them 0 stars I would .
