I went in to get a new phone. I was met by an arrogant sales rep who spoke to me like I was 12. Behind me was another sales rep yelling at an old man, also being very rude. I was prepared to buy a new cell phone, and wanted a phone that would have cost over $1000. Went to get my other phone fixed instead. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I will not give a single dollar to an arrogant a**, and neither should you.
