I was being watched like a hawk. They checked up on me more than 10 times, accused me of opening new products and trying them on when I only tried on TWO things using the TESTERS and a disposable applicator. Tried to smell a perfume nozzle from the box because they didn’t have a tester. They rudely told me to stop then 45 seconds later kicked me out. I felt discriminated against (I was bare faced and am a minority) was wrongfully accused.

I’ve been a rouge member for years & loved travelling to Calgary to visit Sephora because Lethbridge didn’t have one. I’d rather make the two hour drive than ever return to this location. The staff were extremely rude. I was customer serviced probably 10 times in the span of 15 minutes. I was being watched like a hawk and followed around so I’m assuming they thought I was stealing. The forst time I went I had no issues, mind you I had a full face of makeup on. This time going in bare faced & natural I was hounded like a dog. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff are like robots. No interaction with customers, unwelcoming. They seem to be allergic with speaking to customers. I’d rather do online shopping with all the free minis given will satisfy my shopping experience
