I brought my iPhone to Mobile Care two weeks ago for a battery replacement. Unfortunately, the technician ended up breaking my phone and required to send it away for repair. It has been 2 weeks since and they have yet to return my phone nor provide me with an ETA. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR REPAIR. STEER CLEAR!

I had me screen replaced because it was cracked and the new screen is dull, can't turn up brightness all the way, touch sensitivity is horrible. Went in to see what could be done and we were told there was nothing wrong with it and they couldn't do anything about it. Do not get screen replaced here. Also all the phone cases in the store can be bought on Amazon for way cheaper. I would give 0 stars if I could
