The manager ditched me when he found out I would be using FN benefits to buy my glasses. I had zero help choosing my frames while he chatted with another associate at the till, to top it all off he misquoted me and then spent the next week calling me and telling me I owed him money because he had submitted my benefits wrong. It was a horrible experience and I wont be going back.
