Two days prior, my granddaughter had taken her damaged luggage back to Bentley in the Medicine Hat mall. Her luggage had a 10 year warranty on it. Medicine hat would not replace it and told her to go to the airlines. Today I took this same piece of luggage to Lethbridge Park Place mall, explained the situation, and without hesitation, the luggage was replaced - without any excuses. The young girl who waited on me was extremely friendly, and sympathetic to concerns about luggage being emptied on its way around the conveyor belt - not a pretty sight. Medicine Hat Bentley staff could take a few lessons from this young girl in Lethbridge, where we had service with a smile and a happy disposition. I believe my faith in Bentley has been restored.
