Was at the a and w Sept. 1. Purchased 20 dollars worth of food and when asked if I could have 4 extra packages of ketchup I was told they couldn't give me the ketchup. I told her I wanted a refund then. She spoke with her manager and then came out of the back and threw the ketchup on my tray. I would give it a zero rating if I could. Won't be back to this location in the future.
