I have never received such appalling service in my life as I received from Karen in the bra department. Your promotions are only as good as your customer service.

I spent a lot of time and money this weekend because of the extra 15% given to card holders. Sunday I was in the bra department and saw it was getting close to the cut off tome of 1:00. Karen the clerk was busy visiting with two of her associates and made me wait for service. She didn't even look at me and started to ring the bras up. I asked her if I got the discount because it was before 1:00. She sourly looked at her computer gave a dirty look and said it is 1:02. And that was that. A promotion is only as good as the customer service.
