I was looking for toques for our company - Cole was super helpful - he not only called a coworker to man his till to give me his undivided attention, he went to the back on the hunt for toques then called the other store to secure the rest of my count for me. He was awesome - patient and persistent. GREAT customer service - he is a credit to this store.
