Absolute disgrace! Sign outside advertising special offer new set nails $25 went in got them done (very poor quality, different lengths some not straight and had a big bump in one of them) just had them painted (french tip in a different colour i.e. not white and a clear glittery top coat) went to pay charged me $85!!! for same thing I get for $30-40 anywhere else. Reported to federal trade commission & Alberta Consumer Investigation Unit

I went to get my nails done and they told me the price I’d be paying while doing my nails but when it came time to pay she charged me $20 more than what she said, being it was my first time getting my nails done and I didn’t know how much you’d normally pay, I ended up paying $70 for something I was later told should only cost $30-$40 max!

Went and asked about pricing, they gave me the price showing the design went up my dollar to 12 more I said never mind I won’t have that and then she starts talking poorly about me to the customer she was working on. That is not how you treat customers.

I went here to get my grad nails and they destroyed my cuticles, caused them to bleed and continued painting. So unsanitary!
