I think they start charging you when you approch the toys already. I especially watched the time when I started with my kids and bring the toys back in the 10 min gap. I was charged 6 min over, WATCH THE TIME WHEN YOU START ! THEIR TIME IS REALLY BEHIND WHEN YOU START BUT IT'S ON TIME WHEN YOU RETURN IT BACK.
