Having yourself put on a text wait line ? While waiting in line and have the store with 4 customers inside ! waiting for the the next queued virtual wait line person to show up !! Complete ludicrous..absolute failure on operation and customer satisfaction..The confusion of customers is unreal ..the staff keep nervously laughing..very disappointed!!!
