Brought my iPhone 7 Plus in to Cell World at Peter Pond Mall...the guy who runs it...he is always there (fixing or breaking) phones...busted my phone...now it is worthless...and said to me (as he gave me my busted phone back)...”all he can do about it”...”good bye”...wicked

I brought my iPhone 7 Plus in to Cell World to get a screen replacement...the guy that is always there repairing phones...broke my iPhone ...and could not fix it...the phone was working perfect before he got his hands on it. Gave me my broken phone back...(which he broke)... ...terrible terrible service

I have gone to Cell World for Phone Repair twice now and both times my devices were fixed quickly and work perfectly when I got them back. I had a screen replaced a few years ago and now a battery and charging port replaced. Both were quoted beforehand, there were no surprises or upsells along the way. Would definitelt recommend for any repairs you need.

Brought my phone in for a screen replacement, they fried my phone I lost everything photos/apps/contacts everything, the owner’s solution to this was to give me an old used phone he had there and he said I should be satisfied with this cuz he doesn’t have to replace it for me., I would not buy anything or get anything repaired by these people, very very poor service, and no respect for what they did wrong..., stay away you will get ripped off.

I was looking to replace the battery for my iPhone 6 as I'd been using it for over 3 years. I went to Cell World and they got the job done very quick. Although, I payed $60 which is $30 more than it costs at the Apple Store but I thought the extra 30 was worth I was not planning on going down to Edmonton anytime soon. Unfortunately a week after the replacement the phone became extremely sluggish and was extremely slow. So I went back to Cell World and the lady there refused to help so I just accepted my mistake of getting my battery replaced here. Now, 3 months later, my battery started to swell and the screen began to pop out and so I got it checked out. I got it legitimately replaced and the individual who replaced my battery let me know that the battery I had initially was a duplicate. I would not recommend Cell World for anything other than buying a case, although I do not know where the cases come from and would not be surprised if many of them were cheap China products. It's cheaper to just ship your iphone to the Apple store and get them to ship it back and you'll also be getting a real apple battery.
