Shady. I habe been going to this store for 2.5 years amd recently discovered their products are at least $4 more than in stores such as global and pet smart. Today was last time i will ever shop at pet valu. On large boxes of x-small 72 double brush 'greenie' type treats was a huge sticker that said $15 off. The shelf price said that the cost of the treats was 29.99 however the sticker pricebwas 39.99. So i am expecting to pay 1/2 of what the shelf price says but no. I get to the till and am told that the $15 discount has to be taken from the 39.99 shelf price! I got some crazy excuse that this a corporate deal and their is nothing that the Manager of the store could do to honor the shelf price. This is disgusting and this chain store is totally shady and dishonest. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in this store and will never darken the doorstop of this pos store again.

It was my very first time in pet valu, as I walked in one of the girl's hi to me and ask if I needed help. I was looking for something to help with my dog diarrhoea. Sia help me found something great and told me even some methods I could try at home. Great customer service from Sia and I will be coming again
