Brutal place to buy anything, tell you a delivery date and like clock work a couple days later you get the call saying that it wont be there on the date you were told. Every time same excuse we dont have all the pieces. Makes no sense why you would have half a couch in stock but not the rest. save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

My washer broke on June 23 it is August first they have sent out a repair company called Quality from DRAYTON , three times they came and lied about fixing my washer , l have spent hours on the phone with the Brick and King and State the warranty company l have spent $999.00 on the washer they just phone and offered me a store credit for $343.00 isn’t that nice . It will be my LAST time that l will ever shop at the Brick !

So last 2 wks we're happy abt the deal we close with Akash, we we're very clear that we want the sofa delivered in 2 wks so they can deliver it in our new home. Unfortunately, they call my husband and said that the couch will be available at the end of august! In short, they sold it to other person knowing that we already bought it. Now we end up in our new house with no couch! They refund thru phone when i told akash i will be complaining.

I would like to give a big shout out to Hope T, sales representative in Edmonton for her professionalism and outstanding customer service. I bought a 5-piece dining set that I wanted to return as the product was terrible, holes predrilled in wrong places, some legs cut 3/4 -1 inch short,etc. Hope worked quickly to provide me with a store credit for the full amount, as I had moved provinces and waited a month before assembling the items.

There’s no update or anything that my order would be delayed. When i purchased it, they told me Im gonna have it after 3 weeks but when I called that week, they told me its gonna be 4 weeks more. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t know that my order is delayed. I need that’s why I bought it but it’s taking so much time for me to have it. So disappointed.

Bought a TV stand and a TV as a Christmas gift. My wife wanted a stand that sits closer to the wall. Bought it from Best Buy and installed it. Tried to return the one to the brick and they wouldn't except it. Covid. Bought it a month ago. It was opened (even though it's not taped shut). Every excuse not to take it back. I have found stuff in my garage that was a year old and home depot still took it back. I could take down the current TV stand that is hung on my wall and return it to best buy if I wanted to. But the brick is final sale. Never used the thing but now I am stuck with it because the just straight up sucks. I will never shop there again. Hope no one else does either
