I stopped into the West Edmonton Body Shop for hand cream. Simple right? It wasn't. There was only one or maybe two other customers in the store so the six ( minimum) staff members were not busy. I asked about a hand cream that would help with my aging hands. I had read they have a good one but I had not saved the article and do not remember the name (a memory that goes with the aging hands). The first sales associate that talked to me said she had no idea what product it could be and walked away. The next associate that talked to me said there was nothing in her training manual about a hand cream that would help. At that point I gave up. People there are lots of other places to buy hand cream (which is what I will do). Next time maybe say "let me show you our best hand cream" or maybe even "this is the cream my mother loves". Anything just make an effort.
