(Level II Store) - Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Rep (Young man) and Manager offered excuses why they could not help - but no help was forthcoming to assist me with my issue of transferring photos from the phone to the CPU. I will NEVER do repeat business with this store ever again - and you can bet that I will tell everyone I know about the incompetence I experienced in this store.

My wife and I stopped into this store ( phase 1) on Feb. 13 at about 2:15. We had some questions regarding my wife's cell operation ( Telus is the provider), and I ( who dos not own a cell phone) inquired about perhaps obtaining one. Not much enthusiasm from the rep., although he said my wife did not receive service in the Food Court area because Telus cell coverage is spotty there.

I had went into the upstairs location across from American Eagle. The man with the coloured on eyebrows had quit a bit of attitude when i asked him for assistance. I needed help immediately as i was in a bit of a time crunch. I found it very disrespectful how he didn't care to help me and ignored me when i had spoke to him. When i had his attention for like 2.5 seconds he spoke to me in a very sarcastic manner. His attention seemed to be outside the store more than on the customers. As well my problem had not been solved leading me to see a nicer man with long hair. I didn't catch a name but the eyebrows can probably distinguish who neglected to help me and do his job. Overall i like the store, but never go to that man he was horrible and made me feel very unwelcomed and like i was interrupting him day dreaming outside the store.
