While holidaying in Canada, my husband and I visited the Skechers store in West Edmonton Mall so that I could purchase a pair of comfy shoes. Xena was wonderful. She took all the time we needed to make our decisions, and never made us feel awkward about asking her to go down into the basement to get yet another pair to try. In the end, my husband bought himself a couple of pair of Skechers, and I bought two pair as well. Xena easily talked us into additional add ons, and two very happy customers had a suitcase full of shoes to take back to Australia. Al in all, it was a pleasant experience.
