Other negatve reviewers must have went to a different location. We went to Sara's Fashion looking for a dress for my daughter. Found one as soon as she walked in, and was attended to immediately. All 3 sales associates could not have been more helpful. They all did what they could to make this a wonderful experience for her. She is 14 and was very happy with the service she received and the customer service I received as well, I will definetley shop there again.
