Jan 12, 2021 - I got the worst customer service by the CSRs at the door of the wem Samsung store. They are so rude and full of attitude, doing every thing that anyone in customer service must never do to a buyer. This store has such bad reviews that it's a wonder how Samsung Corporate is ignoring the issue. I have tweeted and provided feedback on ever platform I had access to and am willing to provide details of my interaction to anyone who can set things right because this is AB's only Samsung store. The reps who behaved rudely with me go by the names Tareon and AJ.

Last weekend I visit the store Located at West Edmonton Mall and the guy who work at the front entrance door behave very badly, he think that we just visit the store for browsing the product, Actually there is no other store in Edmonton therefore we have no other choice to buy the Samsung product from this location And there is no more option to see more product at this location, non of the sales person guide us about product they just look around the store Even no courtesy for their customers This is the worst experience at this location We bought the couple of product and the sale guy never asked about warranty or extended warranty package He just grabs the payment and say good bye How you expect better service from this kind of sales representative They have to hire professional person & tech person It’s absolutely bad experience with Samsung West Edmonton Mall store

i went there coz im having screen problem with my samsung S9+, theres 3 person there... 2 guys and 1 lady, the guy with curly hair didnt even look at my fone, he just ask what kind and if i dropped it. i said yes, it fell a few times, so he had it “diagnosed” with fried mother board and told me itll cost me $400 bucks. i told them i will consult the husband with thise number. i went home put my simcard back in, and reset my unit. well it worked.im just upset that its just a money grab for the young man, i know we are on pandemic, but a little customer care wouldnt hurt. they didnt even let me inside the store.
