I wish I had a chance to read the reviews first. I went to inquire about keratin treatment. Was sucked in to doing it right away because they said they have it. They charged me 200+25$ for trim. I paid total of $250 with the tip. I was confused the whole time they are doing the "keratin treatment". By the way, Im familiar with keratin treatment I always to it every year or 2. I have fairly straight hair. I just want it to look sleek and healthy which is the keratin treatment is for. Anyways, the whole process is confusing to me and to make the story short after 2 days I washed my hair and it was the same as it was before. Nothing changed after a 250 dollar service. not even slight shine on my hair. I just feels like I iron my hair for a day and gone after I wash it. Regrets going there and will never again. Im not even planning of asking to "fix" it. Im scared it will be worst. Im not a person who typically do reviews, its actually my first time, this is how dissappointing this place is. Be careful and do your review first. Lesson learned for me! I even show them how keratin treatment should be and they just keep telling my hair will be shiny after I washed it, guess what not!!!! I felt like I got better result with just ordinary drugstore hairmask.
