Worst customer service ever! for anything I have ever bought! When I picked up my glasses I was handed a bag like I had just ordered take out. I chose to at least try the TRIFOCAL glasses on. I clearly stated they were too tight and needed to be adjusted. The response? NO THEY ARE JUST LIKE SHOES. THEY NEED TO BE WORN IN BEFORE THEY ARE COMFORTABLE. BUT WE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU ON A REGULAR BASIS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK. Well someone's pants were on fire. My 800.00 glasses are like SHOES??? My glasses still do not fit. They outright hurt. DISGRACEFUL WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE CRITICAL TO HEALTH AND WELL BEING. ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MUCH
