Promised seven weeks delivery on our dress. After 12 weeks, and many excuses we ended up having to take the sample dress. The manager has tried to be helpful but the owner of the dress shop has NOT returned my calls after leaving 3 messages. Has totally ruined our graduation dress shopping experience. Think twice before shopping here.
