I have been ordering embroidery caps, shirts, riding patches, jackets etc. from Nevi for the past 15 years and have never ever experienced bad product or service. The quality received for the price paid is exceptional. Nevi knows the business and her staff are great. Due to the quantity of work she does there are times where I wait and extra day or two to pick up my order but I must say if I have ever given a "drop dead date" that I needed the order for they have always come through. I highly recommend them for all your jacket, shirts, caps or any other idea you have that requires embroidery.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this place. I had a hoodie and jacket to be done. We told them they can keep it for as long as possible. They said 1 week and when I came to pick it up they hadn't even started on it.. it was a memorial piece that was late and never done. So disorganized and blamed me for their lack of work. Will never go again.. if you need anything done don't come here what a shit show!!! They were fighting with me and argumentative when I asked for my money to be returned. Wouldn't listen when I explained I had to leave. If I could leave a zero review I would.
