Absolutely awful quality on the phone screen replacements. Had my wife’s iPhone X cracked screen replaced for a premium dollar ($150) and it’s total crap (no truetone, unresponsive from sleep, doesn’t dim, and the contrast is garbage Chinese quality). Spoke with multiple reps and multiple times and over the course of three weeks and got the greasy runaround. Said I’d have to pay a $45 diagnostic fee on their own issue!!! Imagine a business running like that. They were going to waive that and cover any labour but I’d have to cover parts on another replacement. And, there’s supposedly a six month warranty. I strongly dislike the ethnic grease ball approach taking advantage of polite canadians and me wasting a pile of time trying to track the right guy down. Now Sam (apparently the manager) is in India and won’t respond to my texts which he asked me to send for resolution, lol. 200% worth avoiding these slime balls and drive down the street for bettter products and service. At the end of my last call I’d told them all I could do now since I was out the $150 was to give them negative reviews and word of mouth. They seemed okay with this, so here is!! :))
