I bought some luggage at Luggage Unlimited in September, 2021. I took this luggage on a trip in February, 2022 and it literary fell apart on it's first trip. I called Luggage Unlimited for assistance in contacting the manufacturer to lodge a complaint and to replace the luggage. They refused to provide any assistance. Do not buy from Luggage Unlimited if you want quality or service.
