Came in to browse and noticed the cashier speaking very rudely to 2 customers who were just wanting clarification about a pricing. This was today around 1:30-2pm. The cashier was a male with dark hair and dark eyes and was very ignorant and unprofessional. I left immediately because I was so dissatisfied with the service I had seen. There is no need to speak in a disrespectful tone to customers who did nothing wrong to you.

This store has very bad customer service. Will never come back. Two of customer service representatives refused to check if an item was available at another Le Chateau location. It was obvious they didn't care about customer satisfaction.
