My daughter and I decided to stop for Americano's while shopping. After being served our Americano's we requested a small amount of Almond milk instead of dairy for our drinks. We were informed it would be an extra charge. Never encountered extra charge for americano or capps in any cafe across Canada prior to this. We were willing to pay but then told we would have to stand at the end of the long line up for the almond milk. We declined and drank our coffee black. Almond milk is comparable in price to dairy. The Americano's were just okay. Disappointed with the experience.

Terrible service, they take forever to make food & drinks. The line up is confusing & not worth the wait.
