Bought a ring 1.5 years ago and just tried to call to a simple question where the woman talked over me, would not let me speak or ask any questions. Rude and just absolutely horrible customer service. The fact my ring has now 3 missing diamonds, i live another province away and can get no resolution on this matter.

Mr. Vo custom made 2 wedding bands. For my 30th anniversary I wanted 2 diamond bands that would match wedding set. He did an amazing job. The diamonds are similar size and the curve of my ring was matched perfectly. I would highly recommend jewellery boutique for custom work. The price was reasonable as well.

My engagement ring was bought 6 months ago and the diamond fell out. They are now charging us more to fix it. When the ring was obviously not good quality. Not happy with their service or products. Will never go back
