Yvianne-my cashier did a great and excellent customer service. She was a great help & willing to jump an extra mile to help her customer when I used my gift cards to pay. She was resourceful & used her own phone to verify the actual amount left with my gc. Since there was still amount left i decided to buy another stuff fr Men's sleepwear n the cashier didn't even tried 2 help but called her Supervisor who didn't help me too so i went back to her

I regularly shopped at the Bay, and it would be a shame for it to close down. It's already too bad it's not Canadian owned, but to lose the last quality department store is a shame, I resent the big discount stores always trying to undercut each other and with rag tag clothes, - no quality there. I have always appreciated the Bays cleanliness, selection, and organization, and of course the Canadian goods, I think that would be a good draw for Canadians - stock a whole section of Canadian made & brands. We want to support , we want our economy to thrive and stores like this to survive.

I enjoy shopping at the mens wear department. I always come across a great selection of mens dress shirts. A good variety of modern colours, patterns and styles. There are always large sizes which are hard to find in many other stores. There is usually a brand or two on sale which saves me from searching at other mens shops for a bargain. The jeans are always priced well too and I can try them on if I wish. Thank you Hudson's Bay for your good prices and good service.
