Dr. Jomha went above and beyond with my 7 year old son! He joked and chatted with him the entire exam! Best bedside manner ever! Won’t be going to any other eye doctor and will be bringing my other 2 kids there now. Thanks for making our experience so awesome! Also, thanks to the front end staff, you all were so helpful and super nice as well! Such a great experience! Highly recommend Hakim West Edmonton Mall!

this optical store is an absolute disgrace. service is horrendous. frames are all made with very cheap materials and are overpriced. the lenses are also super cheap. my lenses fell out, I couldn't see out of them properly and they charged me so much without replacing. I'll never pay this much for such bad quality. I'll always buy brand name now as their in house frames are all trash. buyer beware. You get what you pay for!
