i was the only client in your store this evening. Was not acknowledged by the 2 associates behind the counter comparing stuff on their phones. I was there for at least an hour trying to coordinate an outfit. When I helped myself to the dressing room, the door on the last stall jammed in the door frame I had to pry it in the opposite direction to be able to squeeze out. Then I approached the counter the associates finally looked up, but no greeting from either one. All I got was 'receipt in the bag?" I then decided to go back to return some stuff, was abruptly informed that their is NO RETURN, exchange only. it says so on my receipt. Thanks a lot Fairweather last time I set foot in any of your stores. You used to be one of my favorite stores
