Never go to the west edmonton mall ice rink location. Just tried to get my iPhone XS camera lense fixed at the west edmonton mall dr mobile location right beside cookies by george it was the worst experience ive ever had getting a phone fixed. We asked him to fix the camera lense and told him the camera was shaking and we wanted that fixed. We came back and he had broken the camera even more and expected us to pay and wouldnt give the phone back.

They lied about the situation and prices, called down their customer and gave back a phone they destroyed. Purposely melting the lens on my iPhone. Please avoid this terrible place !

I brought them a Lumia 950xl with a broken screen and microphone. They refused to quote... wouldnt even give me a ball park, said they would have to order the parts before they would give me the price. Sorry... I wasn't interested in giving a blank cheque. So... I got the parts and brought them to the kiosk. The gentleman was plesant to deal with, and this isn't his fault, they refused to do the repair. The people I spoke to on both visits couldn't/didn't know/wouldn't give me any kind of straight answer. Both times they had to call a "tech".

Awesome/Amazing service while waiting approx. 15 minutes technician was able to fix problem. He spent time on it as Sumsung store told me my phone was DONE. He sent me overto Dr. Mobile cause I didn't rep. Could be bothered. BUT Dr. Mobile came thru for me! Patience & such great customer service! I would highly recommend them!
