Review your policies on how to approach customers when it comes to accusing minors of stealing . False accusations could lead to legal implications. Humiliation in public could cause psychological damage to the young child and family. Review your video footage!!!!!!Retrain your security personnel and staff to practice professionalism and proper due diligence. Today's customer experience from your store deserves to be called and audited.

This comment is for that staff who I had conversation with today. You had no right to blame customers for buying a wrong size pair of slippers. My mistake was not trying both of them but I trust the store that you checked your product properly, so you don't sell it because your policy is no return no exchange. You agreed me to get another pair but you were very rude and mean which you're not supposed to treat customers that way. 0 star for u

January 26 2021!followed around from the most awful lady, accused me of stealing! I scanned the items I supposedly stole right in front of her! And she still kept yapping away! Got right in my dads face & mine to where I could smell her raunchy breathe! 6 feet for what? Called me! And only me for my race! I’m native. Pretty much harassed me in front of a bunch of people! But turns out she had gotten bad name from others since she had called security on me & my mom, dad. Never going there again. To whom ever this old blonde age women she is I give her -100 stars! Never be stepping foot for what she called her very own store!! If I could I would get her name & call her out for it!
