Worst service ever. Tried to exchange a Cristmas gift on January 15 and was told no way. Supposedly the company had changed owners and the new owners would not honor exchanges after Jan. 1 even though when the item was purchased I was never given this information and told that exchanges in the New Year would be no issue since we were from out of town. The manager would have nothing to do with it and did not try to help just made excuses and said it was not her fault her staff hadn't given the right information. I guess I am out out the $210 and the thrift shop gets a brand new sweater.
