I am a mexican girl who often visits claires, I find most of their stuff appealing, and I almost always come out of the store with one or two items. However, everytime I go into the store the staff always show a dislike to me, this is a big problem and Im sick of being looked at like Im going to shoplift. Today me and my friends (all latinas) went to claires in wem and were then accused of shoplifting. Im extremly offended.

I went in to get my ears repierced because my old piercings were too low in the earlobe. I questioned the size of the stud they planned to use, and was told it was the only size they had and would be fine. It has been one month since I had my piercings done, and my ears have healed. However, I cannot fit any of my pierced earrings into the TINY hole they made! I am going to have to go to a tattoo/piercing parlor to get them redone. NO REFUND!

Amazing I give it a 4/5 because they sometimes dont have what they say they have on there website but overall its better than other claire's i can find better things here and at a great price range and great quality.
