We visited the store to purchase a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, the store did not have the size and the attendant stated that she can order it on line. We also required the shoes be sent for pick up in Vancouver & she was more than willing to have the shoes sent to the Vancouver address. The shoes was received in Vancouver within a week. We also required a hole punched on a belt and the Manager was very willing to assist with the belt.

Went in today with an issue with a pair of boots that I very much love. The manager Abdullah went above and beyond what is normally their policy and I am a very happy customer! When you receive exceptional customer service like this you tend to form a loyalty to a store. I will not forget the generosity and we will be back! Will also be telling friends and family to shop here as well. :)

Was not impressed with the rude and staff was basically spitting on me when I politely asked for a size. I asked the manager to put the shoes on hold and he scoffed and walked away. Employes also look malnourished.
