I have shopped Brooks Brothers in the USA, and have come to appreciate their well-run stores and well made clothing-especially men’s dress shirts. The West Edmonton Mall store was a colossal disappointment. Shirts were out of packaging, wrinkled, hanging on racks. Staff was unhelpful. No wonder it has closed. I am hoping to see a new Brooks Brothers open in the outlet mall near the Edmonton International Airport. Are you listening, Brooks Brothers???
