I went to a few dress shops. Annabelle by far had the best costumer service. They were so kind and gave great advice. 10/10 would recommend. Rummy was especially helpful. Wonderful experience!

I had the worst experience in this store and I would never buy any dress from them. I don’t usually write reviews on stores or restaurants in general but this store forced me to write a bad one. I came to the store to buy a dress, I ordered one and this is my first time buying an event dress nobody told its a final sale when I order it. Thank god I paid half of the price then I wanted to return it. They didn’t pay me back nor store credit!!.

I visited this store back in February and really enjoyed my visit. Super friendly staff and very warm atmosphere! Even when I picked my dress up today I was met with the same friendly staff, lovedd this place!

My niece went to AP store to get her Prom dress today. What a experience. She was so excited to get her dress but she was given a total wrong designed dress that she ordered. The worst of all is that the owner was so impolite and does not know what customer service is. After all the commotion, the money was refunded because the owner found his mistake. If you would have checked the invoice and the package before handing to your customer, today would have been a better day for my angel. I am very unhappy about this. I will never recommend my families or friends to shop at Annabelle Prom Store.

My daughter and I came to this store and we were given space to browse and were able to ask questions and get fitting help easily. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we felt so at ease. We had visited other stores which were pushy and a lot more expensive, but with less choice. My daughter tried 5 dresses in total and we have ordered her dream dress. Thanks so much for being a positive start to th graduation experience! Thanks for the advice and genuine interest.
